Welcome!

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you in to our campus community.

This is an exciting time for the ITRC! Students, staff and faculty have long advocated for the creation of a Campus Community Center that is focused on Native American students and communities. With the hiring of the inaugural Director in 2016, the ITRC is primed to initiate all new programming for current and prospective students; as well as building partnerships with local Native communities and education programs.

Email, call or drop in for a visit! There's a place just for you at the Intertribal Resource Center.

Kinship Mentors Program

Apply to become a mentee in our Kinship Mentors Program! This program pairs incoming students with experienced students for the academic year as part of our kinship focused programming. Peer Kinship Mentors assist incoming student mentees during their transition to UCSD and help connect them to campus resources. Incoming students have the opportunity to have regular meetings with their mentors, connect with Native American and Indigenous faculty and staff, and attend culturally focused programs and events.
